How to order a sample?
Are bark briquettes suitable for my log burner?
Our bark briquettes are suitable for any closed appliance which allows air flow control. For open fires we recommend hardwood heat logs.
Are your products suitable for use in smokeless zones?
Our bark briquettes and heat logs are not a smokeless fuel but can be used in smoke controlled areas if used on a DEFRA approved appliance. If you are not sure we recommend to contact your stove installer.
If I specify a safe place to leave my order, can it be left there without signature?
Yes, please provide us with safe place instructions during the check out and our delivery partner will leave your order as requested.
How should I store my briquettes/heat logs ?
Due to extremely low moisture content (below 9%) briquettes and heat logs should always be stored in dry place without direct contact with moisture – they can be stored in garages if stored in log sheds we recommend to keep them under waterproof cover.

We cannot uplift your old pallets, however, as these are made from untreated timber they make a great source of kindling.
Do you do deliveries with a fork lift or a crane?
No. All deliveries are made with a tail lift vehicles.
How is delivery with a tail lift vehicle made?
Your pallets will be offloaded from a lorry with a tail lift at the rear. The pallet is moved with a special hand trolley from the tail lift platform onto the ground. Providing the surface is hard and flat, such as concrete, the driver may offer to move the pallet some distance. Please note that palletised delivery is officially a ‘kerbside’ service and therefore it is at the driver’s discretion as to how far it will be moved. The driver will not be able to move or push the pallet over soft or inclined surfaces, or in any case where safety is compromised.
