Sawdust Briquettes: Made from 100% pure, dense, hardwood birch sawdust. Briquettes are very economical as they are equivalent to three or four traditional logs and are great to be used as your primary fuel.

Heat Logs: An alternative to traditional logs, the compressed hardwood in these heat logs mean they are extremely easy to light. For the first time, use only half a log as they give out a lot of heat and expand.

Nestro Softwood Logs: Made from softwood sawdust, these briquettes offer the same hot-burning characteristics as our hardwood heat logs but emanate a softwood aroma that many people find pleasant.

Night Briquettes: Designed for a long, slow burn of up to 8 hours, they are made from pure, softwood bark sourced from sustainable forests. Perfect for wood burning and multifuel stoves.

Pini Kay Eco Logs: Designed for a powerful burn of up to 2 hours, they do not split, spark or expand, ideal to use on open fires and fireplaces with limited space, leaving almost no ash behind.

Fire Logs: Thanks to their exceptionally high energy density and convenient no-roll shape, these universal logs offer the perfect balancer between the massive heat output and the long burn time.

Kiln Dried Birch Firewood: Being easy to light, burning beautifully, and emanating a lovely aroma, birch logs are the UK's most popular wood fuel. Lekto's offering is made from the best birch available and kiln-dried to extra low moisture, helping ensure an exceptionally clean, efficient burn.

Kiln Dried Oak Firewood: A premium firewood option that is loved by wood fuel connoisseurs. Thanks to its high heat output and long burn, it is the only type of firewood used in authentic Italian pizzerias.

Order Tracking and Delivery

Why haven't I received the delivery tracking number if my parcel has been dispatched?

When you get an email saying that your order has been dispatched, it means it has left the warehouse and is on its way to you. However, you won't get the tracking number until the parcel gets scanned in DPD parcel network.

Why did I receive only part of my order (split delivery)?

All the parcels leave the warehouse together. However, sometimes multiple packages are delivered separately because they get split up in the DPD delivery depot. Because of the nature of our products (20kg Mini Packs) sometimes they get split up in DPD depots. When we receive your order, all products are dispatched together, but once they get delivered to DPD depot, they are sorted and rearranged for delivery on vans. Sometimes the goods get split up, and this causes split deliveries with different DPD vans or different days. Please be assured that all goods will be delivered and this will be done within 1-2 working days from the first delivery.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

We offer free delivery to 95% postcodes in Mainland UK on all orders above £75. Should your order value be under £75, the delivery cost is £5.95.

If you reside outside of our delivery areas, contact us and our friendly customer support specialists will find the perfect wood fuel delivery solution for you.

If I specify a safe place to leave my order, can it be left there without a signature?

Yes, please provide us with safe place instructions during the checkout and our delivery partner will leave your order as requested. Yes, this can be done once in DPD app once you receive the tracking info from DPD.

Is it possible to collect firewood or wood pellets from your location?

Unfortunately not, our facility in is a logistics operation and is not safe for members of the public.

Using Lekto Wood Fuels - Best Practice

How should I store my briquettes/heat logs?

Due to extremely low moisture content (below 9%), briquettes and heat logs should always be stored in a dry place without direct contact with moisture they can be stored in garages if stored in log sheds we recommend to keep them under a waterproof cover.

Can I use Night Briquettes on an open fire?

Our Night Briquettes are perfect for wood burning and multi-fuel stoves. As a fuel it will burn in an open or closed fire, however, on an open fire, it won't give you the same effect, as you can't control the airflow, which means it's unlikely they will last you for 8 hours. Some of our customers use them on open fire though and are happy with them.

How to use Night Briquettes to get 8h burn time?

We recommend using 2-3 briquettes at a time depending on the size of your burner. Remember to preheat your stove beforehand and place them on hot embers for best result. Once they are lit, they will burn with a small/ medium flame for the first 2 hours, after that they will provide you with an even heat output for the remaining. Reduce your airflow and do not move them around as that will reduce their burn time. How to break Hardwood Heat Logs?

There are several ways to break our Hardwood Heat Logs.

1. The most common is to hold a log in your hands and apply firm pressure while bending it in your hands. This should allow the log to break in two, but be aware that this method could also create splinters to fall once the heat log is broken.

2. The second way to break down our logs is to hold one down on a firm surface, such as a concrete path or yard. Use a second heat log to strike down on the first and, after a few hits, this should break the first log down.

Smoke-Free Area, DEFRA Appliances

Can I use your fuels in the smoke-free area?

Yes, many DEFRA-approved appliances allow you to burn wood inside a smoke controlled area, so long as wood - and this includes Lekto Night Briquettes and Heat Logs - appear on your stove's exemption list.

Is Lekto wood smokeless?

Lekto's products are not smokeless. There is no such thing as a smokeless fire, in reality. However, all our products are extra dry and low in moisture. Therefore they give out less smoke than other fuels and also give you less ash.
